These photos were ripped off from real live people on the internet. No credit to the photographers and I'm sure no permission to use the photos. This is tacky, rude, lazy and illegal.

Actually, most cars sold in America are made in America. This is because the import taxes are very high. Why else do you think Nissan and Toyota and Honda have opened plants in the US? It's to get around that pesky import tax. I used to drive a Nissan Sentra that was made in Tennessee. Seriously. (MInd you, the *parts* aren't always made in the US. Those don't suffer the same steep import tax as complete cars do, so they can be made abroad, often in Mexico, and imported.)

I was amused to see the giant buffalo from Jamestown, North Dakota on the list. Growing up, we used to drive from the Twin Cities to Bozeman, Montana via I-94, which goes right through Jamestown. The giant buffalo was one of our waypoints. ;-)

These items aren't useless at all, they're great advertising. Or would you rather have yet another billboard? Essentially, if these items are useless than all art is useless. Or do you not think they hired an artist to construct them?

There is a pretty great piece in San Francisco of a giant arrow piercing the ground. It is supposed to be Cupid's arrow, because Tony Bennett "left his heart" in San Fran.

Anthony: way to sound ignorant and racist at the same time. Where do you think all those goods in Wal-Mart are made? Where do you think American cars are made? Not in America. Are you really that out of it, or are you a silly little troll? I am sad for you.
