China has been experiencing ice rain three times since the beginning of the year. The widespread ice rain, snow and freezing weather affected the traffic, but also had an interesting impact on the surrounding environment, turning plants and trees into amazing ice sculptures.     That’s amazing! But I’d hate to have to go anywhere. Walking and driving are probably pretty tough.
