Toronto Smallest House Up for Sale
June 27, 2008 - 1,965 views
The smallest, but I bet coziest house in Toronto is up for sale. Located at the intersection of Dufferin Street and Rogers Road, the house has an asking price of $179,900, a little steep from what I can tell, judging from the size of it.

The house was built on a driveway and sits on a parcel of land 7.25 feet (2.2 metres) wide and 113.67 feet (34.6 metres) long. The surface is 300 square feet (under 28 square metres) and the accommodation is quite modest, but that’s the whole charm of it. Here is one of the world’s smallest houses.
