   I think you're underestimating women or this technique. It's not even uniquely Japanese, this is also taught in women's self-defence classes in the west. It takes less strength and more technique than you might assume. A good headbutt to the chin by any head, male or female will have the desired effect. The stength needed, which isn't much, comes with the adrenaline rush that someone has when they are being threatened. The rest is just hard body parts against soft/vulnerable ones. It's not rocket science.

   Yep. Those are great moves, except the groin bit...that can drive up the attacker's adrenaline and revenge visions...smashed knee would work better and emphasize the elbow blow. Oh, and...face bones on knees won't feel good.
