"We're gonna need a bigger gutter rake..."

It's a freaky Cthulhu cocoon.
Or a giant spider's cobweb.
Or an alien spewed his soda on a bunch of trees.

Either way, it's an awesome thing. I wanna go there! :)

I've walked into spiderwebs before, but THIS is one I dont wanna get involved with. It sort of reminds me of the spider cave in LOTR: Return of the king. Also was that a BIRD trapped in the web in one of the pictures?

Dear God, what an amazing web. It reminds me of the web an Argentinian Wolf Spider created in my Uncle Hudsons stump after his left leg was amputated. He couldn't afford the amputation in the US, so had it done in Argentina. The "doctor" was also a shoemaker and chef, and he did the surgery in a dank, dimly lit shed full of old boots and rotten melons. A wolf spider nested in the wound, and began the web in 1984, finishing in 1997. My Aunt Vertheen charges $3 for people to come see his stump-web, on account of he begins screaming from the pain every day long 'bout 3 o'clock, and she has to put Crisco all over it to keep him from gouging his eyes out with a can opener. Spiders are teriffic!
