I&#039;m a meteorology major, and 20 m/s is only an F0.  That said, the smaller tornado that can be seen in the transformer blowing picture is more indicative of F1-F2 tornadogenesis, and the little bit of visible damage seems to indicate that 20 m/s would be low as well, so the wind speeds may be significantly higher than that, but it is difficult to tell without pictures of the damage</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Great pics, but not that big of a tornando.
