These pictures were taken by an American that traveled throughout Russia, staying in many Russian hotels. The cost of staying one night in this hotel room has 40$, purchasing in advance several nights. He stayed one night and remained totally and utterly shocked. He took these pictures and posted them on the blog, spreading the word and shocking other Americans alike. So take a mental note: before choosing a hotel, see the pictures of the room you will be staying in!

    That’s not tooooo bad. My parents often tell the story of when they were in Thailand and opened the door to their hotel room and hundreds of cockroaches scuttled into the darkness as they turned on the light.
