Psychics Do Make a Living!

February 13, 2008

If you thought being a psychic doesn’t pay off anymore, think again. At least the British ones still have a shot at it! British authorities paid a psychic to exorcise what seemed to be poltergeist from state housing. This action came after the occupants said otherwise they would leave and become homeless.

They tried and they tried but the family living there just wouldn’t stay. Easington Council in County Durham said theirpoltergeist-theyre-here.jpg decision seemed justified. They paid half of the120 pound ($235) fee instead of an emergency housing they would eventually need.

The ghost story begins here. The Fallon family told reporters they heard banging from the loft, had objects flying across rooms and hearddoors slammed in their faces. They called police, who found nothing. Then they called in psychic Suzanne Hadwin and asked the council to help pay.

“This is the first time we have had to take such a measure,” a council spokeswoman said. “However, the tenants were extremely distressed at the time and we therefore believed it was the most appropriate course of action.”

The process was extremely complex. The psychic made use of her Russian spirit guide, calling her angels to get rid of evil, which she said was linked to the murder of a woman in the house years earlier.

The blue ice in the picture occurs when snow that falls on a glacier is compressed. The air bubbles left inside are squeezed out, leaving the ice clear and blue.
