It’s yet to be finished, but with these artistic renderings, we get to see inside of the future record holder for the world’s largest ship, a serious competitor for another maritime wonder, Liberty of the Seas. Oasis of the Sea will be a luxurious traveling city, complete with shopping streets, bars, restaurants, an amphitheater the size of a football field. And if this didn’t blow you away, the ship is also equipped with its own micro-climate and rock-climbing walls. It will weigh around 220,000 tonne, be 1,081ft long and have 16 passenger decks.
If you weren’t aware of it (and I wasn’t either) leopards actually take on crocodiles. A behavior that has been witnessed before but only recently caught on film by photographer Hal Brindley. Hal was taking photos of hippos in the Kruger National Park, South Africa, when the confrontation started. It truly is an epic battle!
Some sports are really dangerous. And when I say dangerous, you’ll see below exactly what I mean. From eye gauging to ankle breaking, these are some of the most funny or scary sport mishaps we came across so far. I just can’t wait for the Olympics, especially the bloopers and accidents that derive from this wonderful event.
Since we already have the show “Kids say darndest things”, why couldn’t producers come up with a show about kinds doing the darndest things? The first episode could feature this little Russian girl trying to compete with this breakdancing homey. This little girl truly is a bucket of sunshine. And she knows some good moves too.
I’m not much of a fishing guy and I feel like I missed out on a few things since the following fishing lure seems totally odd. But maybe I’m looking at this the wrong way. If you want to catch male fish or bi-curios female fish, this is the perfect lure to use. Doh.
Public transportation is such a drag, we all know it. It can only get worse when you come across a hot day or a horny old man that’s on your case the whole trip. The solution can be a larger bus, probably like the ones the Cubans use to get around. It’s big and it seems to handle the big crowds pretty well. Here are the odd Cuban buses.
