I’ve seen some weird pictures in recent years, including a topless hobo parading in the town’s square or sex on the beach, during broad day light. This doesn’t beat them, but comes pretty much close to it. Perhaps sex addicts shouldn’t be left along, when it comes to paving a street or building an odd statue.
