DIALING UP TROUBLE!

So, what do you do for a good time if you’re a bored, lonely 31-year old bachelor in Avon Park, Florida?

Apparently, one man’s idea to help pass time away did not sit particularly well with the authorities in Highlands County.

According to The Associated Press, Timothy Todd Lawrence allegedly decided to liven up his dreary days by dialing 911 over 200 times. He even spiced up things by making inappropriately “spicy” remarks to a lady dispatcher who picked up the emergency telephone line.

These calls were made over a 3-day period and, while they may have brightened Timmy’s existence, the cops were not sympathetic at all and busted him.

The good news is that there will be plenty of inmates around in the local jail to keep him company.
