The idea originated in Belgium and it involves a massive table (assembly required, the 150 foot crane not included), seating for 20 people and the waiters. The table has been seen in Paris or Belgium, at special events, and is expected in New York and Niagara Falls. This restaurant in the sky can come to your town for a mere $20,000.

Nudist Holiday, Tickets Up for Grabs
If you’re a nudist and haven’t got the chance to practice this, let’s say, hobby, here is your chance. With the offer from an eastern German travel firm, you start by stripping off on the plane.
“It’s expensive, I know,” managing director Enrico Hess told Reuters by phone. “It’s because the plane’s very small. There’s no real reason why a flight in which one flies naked should be more expensive than any other.”
Travel agency OssiUrlaub.de already started bookings from Friday for a trial nudist day trip from the eastern German town of Erfurt to the popular Baltic Sea resort of Usedom, planned for July 5 and costing 499 euros ($735).
Clothes stay off until the passengers board and dress before getting off. The crew will also remain clothed throughout the flight for safety reasons.
“I wish I could say we thought of it ourselves but the idea came from a customer,” Hess told Reuters by phone. “It’s an unusual gap in the market.”
“There are FKK hotels where you can go into the restaurants and shops naked, for example,” Hess said. “For FKK fans — not that I’m one of them — it’s nothing unusual.”
“I don’t want people to get the wrong idea. It’s not that we’re starting a swinger club in mid-air or something like that,” he added. “We’re a perfectly normal holiday company.”

2007 Word of the Year
The American Dialect Society chose “subprime” as 2007’s Word of the Year at its annual convention Friday. “‘Subprime’ has been around with bankers for awhile, but now everyone is talking about ’subprime,”‘ said Wayne Glowka, a spokesman for the group and a dean at Reinhardt College in Waleska, Georgia. “It’s affecting all kinds of people in all kinds of places.”
The choice signifies the public’s concern for a “deepening mortgage crisis,” the society said in a statement.
Several people lobbied for “green,” which “designates environmental concern,” but the term has been around for years, he said. The word topped the 2007 “Most Useful” category, one of numerous subgroups the society choses.

Meet The Atomic Family
This pictures are bizarre, if not troubling. Gas masks in the World Wars were made as a result of poison gas attacks that took the Allies by surprise. Early gas masks were crude as would be expected as no-one had thought that poison gas would ever be used in warfare as the mere thought seemed too shocking. Still, it happened and everyone had to wear them. Adult gas masks were black while the masks for the little ones were more stylish, resembling ‘Micky Mouse’ with red rubber pieces and bright eye piece rims.
